One member presents a specific operational process such as onboarding, internal communication, client experience, reporting, team accountability, etc. — and the group collaborates to uncover inefficiencies, provide strategic input, and help design a better, more scalable solution.

Who leads the Process Improvement Hot Seat?Me Plus Ultra founders Scott Joseph and Kasey Kohtala facilitate every session. Roughly 10–14 days beforehand, they meet with the featured member to help define the exact process to focus on and ensure the session is framed for maximum impact. A prep document is sent to all participants, so they come ready to engage with context and contribute smarter solutions faster.

How often do Process Improvement Hot Seats happen?These sessions take place on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 5:00pm EST and are included in your Me Plus Ultra membership. They’re part of a 3-part monthly structure that includes:

Can I just observe if I’m not presenting?Yes. In fact, we encourage it. Attending even when you’re not in the spotlight helps you sharpen your systems thinking, discover new tools and approaches, and prepare for your own future session.
